(NASDAQ:MDLN) ("Medline") announced today that certain selling stockholders affiliated with Blackstone Inc., Hellman & Friedman LLC and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (the "Selling Stockholders") have commenced an underwritten public offering of 60,000,000 shares of Medline's Class A common stock pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). Additionally, the Selling Stockholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 9,000,000 shares of Medline's Class A common stock.

Medline is not selling any shares of Class A common stock in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale.
