Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 24, 2023, Mega Matrix Corp. (the “Company”), as a holder of a majority of the voting stock of JetFleet Management Corp., a California corporation (“JMC”), has elected to approve the winding up and dissolution of JMC. As part of the winding up process, JMC will cease providing of aircraft advisory and management services.
