On June 5, 2025, MeridianLink, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2025 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The matters voted on at the Annual Meeting and the results of the votes for each matter were as follows:
Proposal No. 1 - Election of Class I Directors. Stockholders elected each of the three persons named below to serve as Class I directors to hold office until the annual meeting of stockholders in 2028 or until their successors are duly elected and qualified.
