On October 25, 2021, Meritor, Inc. (the “Company”) and Hannah S. Lim-Johnson, senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, mutually agreed that Ms. Lim-Johnson will separate from the Company effective immediately to attend to family matters.
