On May 15, 2025, Mersana Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing business updates and financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
