(b) On January 16, 2024, Sheryl Sandberg notified Meta Platforms, Inc. (the “Company”) that she has decided not to stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors at the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Ms. Sandberg will continue to serve as a director until the date of the Annual Meeting.
