On December 12, 2024, MetLife, Inc. issued a news release announcing its New Frontier growth strategy and long-term financial commitments to be presented at MetLife, Inc.'s investor conference on December 12, 2024, ("Investor Day"), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The slide presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, and incorporated herein by reference, will be presented at Investor Day and may be used by MetLife, Inc. in various other presentations to investors.
