Item 5.02.			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 13, 2021, Paw Andersen resigned from his position as Chief Technology Officer of Metromile, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Andersen will remain with the Company and continue to serve as its Chief Technology Officer through December 27, 2021, during which time he will also assist with an orderly transition of his duties. Mr. Andersen’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
