    On February 25, 2026, Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. (the “Company”), the holding company for Metropolitan Commercial Bank (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing the launch of an underwritten public offering of $175.0 million of the Company’s common stock (the “Offering”).
