MFA Financial, Inc. (“MFA”) issued a press release, dated August 8, 2024, announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. In addition, in conjunction with the announcement of its financial results, MFA issued additional information relating to its 2024 second quarter financial results.
