ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

MGM Growth Properties LLC (“MGP”), a non-wholly owned subsidiary of MGM Resorts International (the “Company”), today issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the MGP earnings release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
