ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
The attached presentation contains information that the members of the management teams of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) and William Penn Bancorporation (“William Penn”) will use during meetings with investors, analysts, and other interested parties during the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The presentation materials relate to the previously announced proposed merger of William Penn with and into Mid Penn, with Mid Penn continuing as the surviving corporation (the “Merger”), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of October 31, 2024, by and between William Penn and Mid Penn (the “Merger Agreement”).
