On December 19, 2025, Donald J. Spring, Chief Accounting Officer & Corporate Controller at Midland States Bank (the “Bank”) and principal accounting officer of Midland States Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced his intention to retire, effective January 2, 2026.
Eric T. Lemke, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of principal accounting officer effective upon Mr. Spring’s retirement.
