On April 15, 2025, Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing the first patient dosed in the Company's Phase 3 Emerge study of MM120 Orally Disintegrating Tablet in Major Depressive Disorder. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
