Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 6, 2025, Mister Car Wash, Inc. (the “Company”) initiated an employment transition for Markus Hartmann, pursuant to which he will cease to serve as General Counsel of the Company. In order to ensure an orderly transition of his duties and responsibilities, Mr. Hartmann is expected to remain employed with, and provide limited transition services to, the Company for a short-term transition period which commenced on January 6, 2025.
Additional information regarding the terms of Mr. Hartmann's transition, including the duration of the transition period and any material compensatory arrangements entered into or modified in connection therewith, will be disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K once such information is determined.
