Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 11, 2024, Molina Healthcare, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services intends to award a Comprehensive Health Care Program contract to Molina’s health plan subsidiary, Molina Healthcare of Michigan. The full text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
