On January 27, 2025, Paul Ney, the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate
Secretary of Momentus Inc. (the “Company”), tendered his resignation from the Company, effective as of January 28, 2025, to join
the Trump Administration and serve as the Deputy Counsel to the President for National Security Affairs and National Security Council Legal Advisor. The Company will announce a successor to Mr. Ney at a later date.
