Other Information.

As previously disclosed, on July 12, 2024, Momentus Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a
Secured Convertible Promissory Note (the “July 2024 Note”) with Space Infrastructures Ventures, LLC (“SIV”) which as of March 3, 2025 had an outstanding principal balance of approximately $1.4 million. On March 3, 2025, the Board of Directors of
the Company approved a reduction in the conversion price for the July 2024 Note from $7.40712 per share to $2.12 per share during the period beginning on March 3, 2025 and continuing until there are no further obligations outstanding under the July
2024 Note.
