On April 22, 2025, the Monarch Casino & Resort, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
On April 22, 2025, the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.30 per share of its outstanding common stock, payable on June 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2025.
