The report highlights monday.com's sustainability, community, and security efforts
monday.com Ltd. (NASDAQ:MNDY) ("monday.com"), the multi-product platform that runs all core aspects of work, today published its 2023 ESG Report, detailing the company's efforts to make the planet more sustainable, equitable, and safe. The third annual report also includes monday.com's ESG goals for 2024.

Highlights of the report include:
- Values-Led Workplace Culture: In addition to supporting the physical and mental well-being of its employees through various efforts, monday.com has several programs in place to support talent development and nine Employee Resource Groups that enhance inclusion through the efforts of community building.
- Carbon Emission Reduction Efforts: In 2023, monday.com partnered with Watershed to advance its methodology in carbon footprint measurement. Armed with this data, the company is working to develop and set ambitious goals in line with climate science and the aims of the Paris Agreement. Additionally, monday.com's Sydney, Warsaw, and London sites now run on 100% renewable energy.
- Reforestation Initiative: monday.com has made significant progress in its work with climate action platform Ecologi to fund the planting of 266,500 trees across four diverse projects and locations. In 2023, the company exceeded its goal by funding 269,000 trees, of which 249,592 have been planted.
- Bridging the Digital Divide: monday.com launched Tech School, a program that aims to bridge the digital divide for students from underserved communities. In 2023, the company built the foundations and piloted the program with three schools in Israel and New York City, with the goal of reaching 20 schools in 2024.
- Community Efforts: monday.com's Emergency Response Team was deployed to 22 disaster areas and digitized aid organization's operations on the monday.com platform to scale their impact. monday for non-profits now supports 13,500 active accounts from 124 countries, and 1,000 non-profit team members participated in the company's online and in-person dedicated trainings.
