Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 21, 2025, MongoDB, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Srdjan (“Serge”) Tanjga, the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer, and the Company’s principal financial officer under Section 16a-1(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), has notified the Company of his intent to resign from his position, effective May 8, 2025. There are no material changes to Mr. Tanjga’s compensatory arrangement as a result of his planned resignation.
The Company is in advanced discussions with a qualified candidate and expects to announce an appointment of a new chief financial officer in the next 7-10 days.
