Moog Inc. (NYSE:MOG), a worldwide designer, manufacturer and systems integrator of high-performance precision motion and fluid controls and control systems, announced today an offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2034 (the "Notes"). Moog intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem all $500 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 4.250% Senior Notes due 2027 (the "2027 Notes"), including any accrued and unpaid interest thereon.
