On April 22, 2025, MRC Global Inc. (“MRC Global” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its first quarter 2025 financial results on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, to discuss the results for the quarter.
