Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Mullen Automotive Inc. (the “Company”) reports that the Company has not issued any new warrants and no existing warrants have been exercised since the reverse stock split of its common stock that was effected on December 21, 2023. Currently, there are 69,977 warrants outstanding.
