Mullen Automotive Inc. (the “Company”) hereby files this Current Report on Form 8-K to clarify that (1) the Company’s 2023 fiscal year ended on September 30, 2023; and (2) since the reverse stock split of its common stock that was effected on December 21, 2023, the Company has not issued any new warrants and no existing warrants have been exercised or converted.
