On December 20, 2023, Sadot Group Inc. (the “Company”) posted an updated investor presentation on its website. The presentation included certain unaudited preliminary financial results for Sadot LLC, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. A copy of the Company’s presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01. The presentation will be made available on the Company’s website at www.sadotgroupinc.com under Investor Relations.
