On October 21, 2021, My Size, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against David Lazar, Milton C. Ault III. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
