Mynd.ai Enters into Agreement to Acquire Award-Winning AI Voice and Remote-Control Technology
SEATTLE, Aug. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mynd.ai, Inc. ("Mynd" or the "Company") (NYSE:MYND) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the software, patents, trademarks, know-how and other intellectual property related to an award-winning AI voice and remote-control technology. With only a remote control, a USB receiver, and a browser extension, this technology enables voice and remote control of PCs and Macs and connects to any front-of-class display, providing teachers and educators with greater flexibility and freedom.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the closing of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions. The Company plans to close the transaction during the third quarter.
