Item 8.01 Other Events

On April 27, 2023, Nabors Industries Ltd. (“Nabors”) was informed by its financial printer that the printer inadvertently filed the wrong company’s annual report with Nabors’ Form ARS filing. As a result, on April 28, 2023 Nabors filed an amended Form ARS on Form ARS/A to ensure the appropriate annual report was available on EDGAR.
