On March 5, 2025, NACCO Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended and audited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2024, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
