National Instruments, Nutex Health And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures traded higher this morning. Here are some big stocks recording gains in today’s pre-market trading session.

• Nutex Health Inc. (NASDAQ:NUTX) shares jumped 26.5% to $1.21 in pre-market trading after the company entered into a $100 million pre-paid advance agreement with Yorkville Advisors.
• Horizon Acquisition Corporation II (NASDAQ:HZON) gained 11.9% to $11.25 in pre-market trading. Flexjet agreed to terminate business combination with Horizon Acquisition Corporation II.
• Exscientia plc (NASDAQ:EXAI) rose 8.3% to $5.90 in pre-market trading after gaining more than 10% on Tuesday.
• National Instruments Corporation (NASDAQ:NATI) climbed 7.5% to $56.51 in pre-market trading after Reuters said Emerson Electric Co. (NYSE:EMR) is close to buying the former for about $8 billion.

• Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (NYSE:GTE) gained 6.8% to $0.9511 in pre-market trading as the company announced contract agreement for the Suroriente Block.
• Agile Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:AGRX) gained 6.3% to $8.68 in pre-market trading after dropping more than 20% on Tuesday. Agile Therapeutics announced a 1-for-50 reverse stock split.
• Amyris, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMRS) climbed 5.2% to $1.21 in pre-market trading after declining over 9% on Tuesday.
• MongoDB, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDB) gained 3.5% to $218.86 in pre-market trading. Morgan Stanley upgraded MongoDB from Equal-Weight to Overweight and raised the price target from $230 to $270.
