Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

	On December 28, 2023, Jona S. Raasch gave notice that she would no longer serve in the role of Chief Operating Officer of National Research Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), effective December 31, 2023. Ms. Raasch will continue to serve in other roles as an employee of the Company. The Company thanks Ms. Raasch for over 30 years of dedicated leadership.
