The record date for voting at the Annual Meeting is set as May 4, 2026. At the Annual Meeting, shareholders will vote on the election of the members of the Board of Directors and the ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's independent public accounting firm. The notice, agenda and associated material will be distributed prior to the meeting.
