On May 20, 2025, nCino, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain unaudited preliminary financial results for its first quarter ended April 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The unaudited financial information provided in the press release is based on preliminary results and information as of the date hereof and is subject to revision in connection with the Company's financial closing procedures and finalization of the Company's financial statements for the first quarter of fiscal 2026.
