On March 12, 2025, Nektar Therapeutics, a Delaware corporation (“Nektar”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
