On November 15, 2022, NetApp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Matthew Fawcett informed the Company of his intent to retire from his position as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer effective February 28, 2023. Mr. Fawcett has agreed to work with the Company and its board of directors to ensure an orderly transition by providing transition services between November 18, 2022 and February 28, 2023.
