• Eltek Ltd. (NASDAQ:ELTK) rose 27.6% to $5.04 after the company reported better-than-expected Q1 financial results.
• SciPlay Corporation (NASDAQ:SCPL) shares gained 26.4% to $19.66 after Light & Wonder announced a proposal to acquire the remaining public shares of the company.
• Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE:UBA) climbed 19.4% to $20.23. Regency Centers announced plans to acquire Urstadt Biddle Properties in all-stock transaction valued at $1.4 billion.
• Hawkins, Inc. (NASDAQ:HWKN) gained 16.5% to $50.15 following quarterly results.
• Dole plc (NYSE:DOLE) surged 10.6% to $13.20 following upbeat quarterly earnings.
• Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTWO) rose 10.5% to $138.12 after the company reported fourth-quarter earnings results.
• Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (NYSE:MSGE) jumped 9.9% to $34.88 after posting a profit for the third quarter.
• Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (NYSE:WMS) gained 9.9% to $97.47 following better-than-expected quarterly results.
• QuinStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ:QNST) rose 9.6% to $8.41.

• Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) rose 8% to $367.28 following a report suggesting the company said its ad-supported tier has nearly 5 million global monthly active users.

• Synopsys, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNPS) gained 6.8% to $402.85 after the company reported better-than-expected Q2 financial results and issued FY23 guidance.
• Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (NYSE:TEVA) climbed 5.4% to $8.56. Evercore ISI Group upgraded Teva Pharmaceutical from In-Line to Outperform.
