NETSOL Technologies Reschedules Fiscal Third Quarter 2024 Conference Call
ENCINO, Calif., May 08, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NETSOL Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTWK), a global business services and enterprise application solutions provider, today announced that it will postpone the release of its financial results and conference call related to the fiscal third quarter of 2024 ended March 31, 2024, which had previously been scheduled for Thursday, May 9. The Company now expects to hold a conference call on Monday, May 20, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (6:00 a.m. Pacific Time) to discuss its financial results for the fiscal third quarter of 2024 ended March 31, 2024. Financial results will be issued in a press release prior to the call. Following the call, management will host a question-and-answer session.
On May 6, 2024, the Company announced the appointment of Fortune CPA, Inc. as their new auditor, replacing BF Borgers CPA PC. The rescheduled earnings release date is necessary to provide additional time for the review of the Company's financial statements for inclusion in the Form 10-Q.
