(d) On October 7, 2024, the remaining members of the Board of Directors of the Company selected Robert C. Canham II, age 75, as a director effective October 16, 2024, to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors created by the August 15, 2024 resignation of Raymond D. Roberts, Sr. Mr. Canham who is based in Greensboro, North Carolina is, and has been for more than the past twenty years, the President and part owner of Sunchase American, LTD., a Regional Apartment Management Company with properties under management primarily concentrated in the Southeastern U.S., including Arkansas, Florida, Texas and surrounding states and areas.
