Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of the Registrant's common stock underlying restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted on August 27, 2025 which vest, subject to the reporting person's continuous service, in accordance with the following schedule: (i) one-third (1/3rd) of the RSUs will vest on the first anniversary of July 24, 2025 (the "Vesting Commencement Date"); and (ii) one-twelfth (1/12th) of the RSUs will vest on each of the eight quarterly vesting dates (i.e., October 24, January 24, April 24, and July 24 with respect to any calendar year) that occurs after the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date.
