Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person was granted restricted share units ("RSUs"). The RSUs vest in four equal quarterly installments; the first tranche vesting on April 1, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each vesting date.

2. The Options are Fully vested and immediately exercisable. Each option represents the right to purchase one ordinary share.
