Includes awards in the form of restricted stock units ("RSU") under the 2022 Omnibus Incentive Plan of BRC Inc. that vest in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date. 19,198 RSUs were granted on November 1, 2023, of which 12,799 are unvested. 22,059 RSUs were granted on February 23, 2024, of which 14,707 are unvested. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement for no consideration. |
