| 2. This report on Form 3 is filed jointly by Liberty Global Ltd. and Liberty Global Ventures Limited. The Reporting Persons have designated a representative, currently Bruce Mann, Managing Director, Chief Content Officer of Liberty Global Ltd., to serve on the Issuer's board of directors. |
