Athanor Capital Partners, LP ("Master GP") is the general partner of the Master Fund. Athanor Capital Partners GP, LLC is the general partner of Master GP. Athanor International Fund GP, LP ("International Master GP") is the general partner of the International Master Fund. Athanor International Fund Ultimate GP, LLC is the general partner of International Master GP. Athanor Capital, LP ("Athanor Capital") is the investment adviser to the Funds.
