New Jersey Court Dismisses Age Discrimination Claim Against Steel Partners Filed by Michael MacManus
Steel Partners Holdings L.P. (NYSE:SPLP) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Superior Court of New Jersey dismissed attorney Michael MacManus's claim of age discrimination in the matter of Michael MacManus vs. Steel Services, Ltd. following a court hearing on August 29, 2024 regarding the Company's motion for summary judgment.

Mr. MacManus, previously an assistant general counsel at Steel Services Ltd., resigned in 2020. He filed an age discrimination lawsuit against the Company in 2021.
