(NYSE:NYCB) (the "Company") today announced that on January 24, 2023, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on February 16, 2023 to common stockholders of record as of February 6, 2023.
