Item 1.01. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 11, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share on the outstanding common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on January 12, 2024 to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2023. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The information in this report shall be deemed “filed” for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
