Other Events.

On October 1, 2025, NexMetals Mining Corp. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the intersection of significant massive sulphide mineralization at the Selebi North Underground deposit. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
