Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 3, 2025, NexMetals Mining Corp. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing assay results from the final three holes of its 2025 metallurgical drill program at the Selkirk Mine. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
