On September 10, 2025, NextNRG, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited financial results for August 2025. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in any website is not a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
